The Little Big Planet Guide

Little Big Planet PicLittle Big Planet is one of my all time favourite games. Its just the most weird and wonderful creation for the PS3. Who would have thought that your imagination could fit on one disc and be priced at around £19.99 for a pre-owned copy. Which, by the way, is the same as a new one just cheaper.

The thought of being a little sack person and defeating monsters in a little world, each more crazy than the last, never crossed my mind and I bet it never crossed yours either! If you are cool enough to get this when you are an adult and you are living alone, you wont get lonely.

You can always just connect to the internet and play other players trying, but probably failing to beat the ultimate collector.

I am not trying to hurt your feelings, but this is no kids game although me and many others play. It will take you a while to complete the whole thing.  I have had this game for a while and I have two levels left even though the only controls are jump, run and grab.

LittleBigPlanet shows you how the world would be WITHOUT the government, although our leaders are probably defeating the killer ninjas as I write! Although I am just a 12 year old kid and my mum still tells me how amazing the sky and the mountains and all of that stuff is and I dont listen to a word she says, on the game I do take into account how much work has gone into creating the crazy scenery. Each theme in the game has exeptionally good props and backgrounds that are out of this world, but my favourite one would have to be either the Chinese Ninja (the islands); the Safari one or the Canyons one. All of them are good though, and seeing as I have already mentioned three, here are all of the themes to explore – starting from the beginning: The gardens, Safari, The Wedding, The Canyons, The Metropolis, The Islands, The Temples and The Wilderness.

Another amazing thing about LittleBigPlanet is that you can create your own levels and share them online. This lets you see that it’s actually very tricky for the creators of the levels and its shows you how much work they have put in to create the best game of all time.

Happy playing…. but beware, it’s addictive!
