Nintendo Wii Fit
Slowly puffing and panting its way to the top, the Wii Fit is an excellent way to keep fit without leaving your house.
With a huge number of games to try out this game will never eject from your Wii console and will be the envy of all your other games.
My favourite game on the Wii Fit so far is the free jogging. This allows you to run holding the wii remote while watching your TV! You see, your Mii character will jog and you can just switch the TV over to your favourite channel and the Wii romote will guide you along. When you run, your Mii will run too!
Whenever my friends come around to my house, I always ask them what they would like to do, I then turn the Wii on and 10 minutes later I weigh 4 pounds less! Not literally, but you catch my drift. There is a mixture of things to do such as yoga, arobic exercizes and balance games, but careful not to fall off the Wii Fit board!
Have you ever walked down the street and catagorised the overweight from the thin? Well thats the same as comparing the people who don’t have Wii Fit and the people who do. This game is really based for young adults who are looking to get into shape, but I love it and so does my grandma so it doesn’t truely have a set age group.
It can weigh you and help you get into shape by setting a fun regime including games and funny exercises most of them set on the Wii Fit board. The Wii Fit board is a board that you use to play the exercises and games on. You stand on it and shift your centre of gravity depending on which game you are playing and how good you are at them!
So I suggest you go down to the shop, don’t run and waste your energy, buy the game, bring it home and wait for your turn….
