Sony has finally released it’s rival to the Nintendo DSi and Apple iPod Touch and it’s called the PSP Go.

The PSP Go  is intended to give Nintendo and Apple a run for their money with many new features that Sony hope will give them the edge over the competition. One of the biggest gripes of the standard PSP is the lack of content and this is due to the control Sony puts on the price and usage of its PSP developer kits.

Sony intend solving this problem with the new PSP Go by reducing the cost of the developer kits by anything up to 80%. Although this does not mean that the kits will be free it should help to encourage software and games developers to move into the Sony PSP Go market. Read the rest of this entry »
